Amy coaches Excellerate. She was ecstatic to find More Than SAT: “For some time now, I have been looking to work for a company that cares about the whole child, and that works to individualize the academic experience to best serve the child.” She has worked with children since a young age, incorporating teaching into babysitting as she helped the kids in her care improve their reading, writing, and basic math skills. “It is a passion of mine to help children learn,” she said. “I know that in order to feel excited about learning, children must have teachers who care about them and cheer them on. I am one of those people!” She worked as a preschool teacher at a Christian school. Amy earned her B.A. in Early Childhood Education/Psychology at National-Louis University, where she is also currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Counseling degree.
